-EPA registered aquatic herbicide and algaecide application
-Installation and maintenance of aerators, fountains, and compressed air systems
-Aquatic plant surveys
-Assisting with and writing vegetation management plans
-Fish management surveys
-Assisting with fish survey reports
-Data entry and management
-General maintenance of trucks, boats, equipment, and grounds
-Speaking at pond clinics, trade shows, conferences, and public meetings
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in fisheries/aquatic science, agriculture, or a natural resources related field
Experience with aquatic vegetation identification
GPS and GIS experience
Basic mechanical ability (experience in outboard motor operation is a plus)
Ability to work in an outdoor environment (physical labor required)
Ability to work an average of 50 hours per week
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Duties:
- Perform field and shop repair of aeration equipment (we will train you)
- Installation of new equipment
- Winter removal, cleaning, routine maintenance, and reinstallation of fountains
- Accurate record-keeping
- This position offers potential for rapid advancement to management for the right employee
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years experience with at least one of the following – electric motor repair, small engine or automotive repair, electrical motor control troubleshooting
- High school diploma or GED, insurable driving record, and pre-employment drug screening
- Stable work history with advancement
- Functional with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic programs
- Must be dependable, work well alone or in a team setting, and willing to learn
